Send a legal notice

Use this when something on Agoo Reviews is unlawful: defamation, your private data, or content a court has ordered removed. We acknowledge it at once, forward it to the person who wrote it within 48 hours, give them 5 days to answer, then a person at Agoo decides and tells you both.

While a notice is open, what it’s about can’t be deleted. We never remove a review just because a business disagrees with it, and never tell anyone who wrote it without their consent or a court order.
